Independent Accountant – Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Keeping the accounts in accordance with current legislation
• Optimisation of accounting processes and implementation of improvements in the accounting system
• Preparation of and sending tax returns, including CIT and VAT
• Preparation of financial reports, interim and annual reports
• Cooperation with the auditor and institutions such as the Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution, Office of National Statistics, National Bank of Poland
• Supervision of HR and payroll
• Formal and accounting control of documents and payment monitoring
• Maintenance of fixed asset records and reconciliation of accounts
• Analysis of the accounting account balances and their verification with the analytical records
• Friendly contact with customers

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with full accounting.
• Very good knowledge of tax regulations and of the Accounting Act.
• Ability to organise work and make decisions independently.
• Experience in the use and optimisation and accounting systems.
• Financial analysis and report preparation skills.
• Willingness to work with the team and within the EFEKTA group.
